How to Crack Campus Interviews

:-\hello i am an engg. student giving first semester. from 3rd year onwards the campus interview will start. so i wanted to know that what all requirements are needed to crack the interview .becoz i came to know that they luk up for extracurriculed guy .i am not sports oriented nor got any certificates in music dancing or any other thing . as far as my marks are concerned i was good in that. i want to improve my english too. i dont want to lose any aspect of my life means i just want to become a perfect girl in these 2 yrs my family is very supportive.whatever i will do they will stand by me. so plz tell me what should i do... ::) :-\
