Safari browser startup very slow in windows 7

Hi,

I just found that Safari browser on my windows 7 computer is taking too much time to start. First I thought its not working but after a delay it started but again not working then again after 3-5 minute delay I was able to use it. Now I can use it normally but startup is taking too much time, it takes somewhere 8-10 minute to get it into usable state.

Other program and other browser are working fine . It is my fresh windows 7 installation. Everything else is working good.
