As, I was living in south Delhi for 1 and a half years so, I know some of the areas where you can get cheap properties. Actually finding plots would not be easy for you as there are no plots available easily but, it would be easy to find flats there.
The main areas for the cheap property buying purpose are:-
Govindpuri, Madangir, khirki extension, tughlakabad extension and khanpur also.
