Hi everybody
let me share some hair care tips with you all

1. take adequate quantity of protein to ensure good growth of hair.
2. everyday include some greens in your diet
3. prepare hair oil by yourself by boiling amla pieces in coconut oil also adding curry leaves and henna leaves.
4. wash your hair weekly twice or thrice with shikakai or herbs and avoid using shampoo.
5. consume one amla everyday to get black and healthy hair and also a healthy body and skin.

but tell me one thing multani mitti use before shampoo or after shampoo.

Mulani mitti can be used as shampu. No need to wash hair after or befor it.

protiens make hair good...easiest way is to add some 2-3 spoons of besan in your daily atta for roties..good for taste as well ! another tip is to tie a towel soaked in hot water around your head for 10-15 min after you have applied any kind of oil..helps in oil to get absorbed better,
