I am not a girl but I think giving a quick search over internet gives you lots of good result, one such result say :

1. Always prime your skin first.

2.To cut down on eye makeup creasing, avoid priming your lids with concealer.

3. Avoid powder, use it as per need only.

4. Keep blotting paper always with you, it will definitely help you.

5. Use oil free products, yes , there are many products specially made for oily skins.

6. Go for water proof makeup products like eye liner , etc etc.

8. Reduce excess oil using multani mitt based facepack every week and also clean your face regularly.

9. Avoid oily diet, yes go for fat free and oil free diet.

Apply a good quality concealer under your eyes, and talcum all over your face..There are various foundations available in the market that provide good cover without making the skin oily..then dont forget to use waterproof make up!
