"Transformers 4" release date of movie worldwide

As, the makers of TRANSFORMER 1,2,3 are engaged in completing the next part in the series that is Transformers 4.
So, I want to know that for this time also we are going to see those robots (optimus prime like) in the movie.
Or this time something new is going to happen exept saving our earth from DESCEPTICORNS.
This would be intresting to know and else can anyone tell me the proposed release date of the movie?
