Hyderabad: Drunk driving in day to get more jail term soon

Hyderabad: from now on wards, if anybody booked for drunken driving during the day, they could be given a jail sentence for a longer duration than being booked at night time.City traffic police on Tuesday pleaded with court to increase the prison term in case of motorists being booked for drunken driving during the day time.
Traffic police department explained to the magistrates that driving under the influence of alcohol during the day was dangerous for more people as road users are more compared to night time.

There are countless of laws, I think more than people can remember but who actually tries to enforce them ? Just making laws is not enough, there should be proper planning to enforce them too.
