When uninor service will resume in Mumbai- is temporary closed?

Has Uninor closed its service in Mumbai is it temporary. Saw some news today about this.....any idea?

No, it is not temporary because court gave them order to shutdown immediately as they failed to get license in that area. And why would a company want to shutdown its operation for temporary basis , it will loose all business as people will shift. They are closed down as they had no other option and they have to abide by court orders.
