Honda CBR 250r or Pulsar 220, Which One To Go for, And Installments

I am planning to buy a bike, the options are cbr250r or pulsar 220 and yamaha r15(new). cbr250r is somewhere around 1.5 lacs and pulsar just reaches the 1 lack bracket.


what my concern is, i am going to take a loan of the period 1-3 years for the bike.
please help me out with the down-payment as well as monthly installment figures. so that i can plan out a purchase,
