How to create Yahoo email address without Phone number registration ?

Friends,
This is very simple problem but a trouble for me. I have my regular email address and now I also want an email address which I can use for non important sites for registrations so that I can keep my email address free of unwanted mails . But no popular email service like Yahoo and gmail is allowing to have email account without phone number ?

I don't want any other than Yahoo or gmail but they always ask for email address to create the email account, they are forcing to add mobile number.. and yahoo even went one step ahead, asks for phone number of your one of the relatives / friend as secondary phone number.. what the....

I don't think now you can create email address without providing mobile number, either you have to use mobile of your friend or family or choose some other mail provider like inbox.com or mail.com
