Money Transaction cancelled in spite of debited.

Hi, I really want your help in this, I made a recharge of Rs. 50 to my Airtel number through state bank freedom mobile banking service. But due to technical reason the transaction was failed. Then ann error message came to my number. In the message the bank promised to reverse the amount to my account as soon as possible. But I don't received any amount of money yet. After some day I made an another recharge of rs.75 to my Tata number. This time the transaction was successful but the balance was not credited to the mobile account and when I contacted mts customer care but they clearly said that any recharge of rs. 75 is not made to this number. they said me to contact the bank. Now plz tell what should I do ?
