Please decide whether it is a spam

I am a new member in this fantastic community. In these days along with some wonderful and informative discussions I have come across a few links like

http://bux.to/?r=******

These links are used to promote those sites as well as the authors of those posts want to grab some referrals which in turn benefit them in their daily income.

I personally believe that these are spams as these posts have nothing to do with the theme of this site: True Indian Community:India forum on serious Indian issues & Television talks.

I would like to have comments from other fellow members who have joined here to take part in serious discussions on numerous issues of India and share their views with this world.

Surely it is discussion and I guess it is easy to block that site link. I think this question is more suitable for support section.
