How to connect uninor simcard to compaq presario c700 laptop?

Hi, i want to connect a uni nor GSM simcard to compaq presario C700 laptop without using mobile device?
how can i connect simcard to laptop & which type of hardware i should require & which type of module & its specifications should we require & is there is any specific hardware available in the market & how much it costs.

What do you exactly want to do with it, use it for data or to call from pc directly ?

You can use any latest usb 3G dongle to make calls and even receive calls from your laptop. I am using it but make sure that any modem you buy should have support for voice calling and it should not be network locked. I think you can get network unlocked usb modem for Rs. 1500 or so.
