Why we Indians are Scared and when we will come out of it?

After about 100 years of struggle for Independence under the bravest leadership of the time we became independent. Soon stories of bravery and struggle faded from our minds and gradually we converted into scared lot.
Now we are scared from our govt which can throw us at its will if we dare to protest, we are scared from police that is always eager to teach us lessons if we report crime or irregularities, we are scared from hooligans who can kill us if we retort their actions of teasing and molesting our ladies, we are scared from society which will kill us if its norms are violated, scared from our families for the same reasons, our parents, we are also scared from ourselves as opportunistic dishonesty and corruption allows us to tolerate others corruption.
When will we come out of our fears, when will we live.............?
