Malaika Arora to stops doing item numbers anymore for payments

Malaika Arora who turns 38 this week continues to be one of Bollywood’s most sought after personalities for doing item numbers. However, recent reports suggest that there will be no more item songs from Malaika and a source close to the actress explained, “Malaika is the ultimate item girl. Her dances are in a league of their own. After ‘Munni Badnaam Hui’ in Dabangg no matter what she did would pale into insignificance. So she has made the right decision. 40 is a good age to hang up your boots and stockings even if you look as smashing as Malaika.” However, when Malaika was asked about it, she did not say outright that she won’t be a part of any items songs. Instead, she explained, “Yes, I am a year older. But I feel fantastic, younger than ever. There are no song-and-dance appearances right now. I haven’t come across anything interesting.”
