There is no defined time for Aadhar generation, for some it may take few days and for some it may go to wait period of months. I had applied for Aaddhar for two of my relatives at same time and same place, one got Aadhar generated in 15 days or so and other one took around 4 months. Only difference was that second one has used PAN card in docs.
In my views, if there is some detailed verification required then it may take time to generate aadhar otherwise , generally should be delivered to you within a month.
