When will SSC CGL 14--4-2013 Cancelled paper will be held?

Hi, tommorow was my paper of SSC CGL but after reaching the center i came to know the paper has been cancelled and the reason behind it's cancellation was unknown, then i ask most of the teachers standing out there they also didn't guide me with the right advice. I wan't anyone to give me the right answer will it be going to happen in future or not. And if the answer is yes then when.

The change in SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (SSC CGL) 2013 was made on account of Dr B.R. Ambedkar's birthday on April 14.

The official notification reads as, "The Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2013 is scheduled to be held on 14th April, 2013 and 21st April, 2013. As 14th April, 2013 has been declared as closed holiday on account of the Birthday of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the examination scheduled on 14.04.2013 has been postponed and will now be held on 28.04.2013. Revised Admission Certificates may be downloaded from the website of the concerned Regional Offices of Staff Selection Commission on or after 21st April,2013.

So keep preparing as few days are left in your examination. All the Best
