How to prepare people for being LIC agent

Afer becoming CLIA I have responsibility to make agent . how I can do this very well:confused:

Though it is a tough job to make LIC agent. But few things which i think will help you somehow.

1. Try to motivate themselves with positive attitude.
2. Keep things fresh
3. Small ‘quick fix’ prizes- This is very important it will help.
4. Offer a nice clean working environment
5. We all like to be rewarded or praised for doing it well- So you make sure.
