Inactive Pyari Jodi SIM showing null balance after recharge BSNL

Sir, i have a mobile phone No 9409070630 and SIM no is 89915 79033 31159 3930 for BSNL phone as PAYARI JODI. This SIM is showing null main balance. I have charge this mobile in the month of Nov 12. But still it is showing null balance. Advice me how to activate this SIM.
