Hi all ,
My computer is infected:( with a virus from kaspersky, which doesnt allow the windows to open normally and also stops kaspersky from being active. Im currently working in safe mode after deleting the kaspersky . Can anyone help me get my computer work back to normal. I use windows xp and mozilla 4.0.
Note : I had music files downloaded, imesh was which i couldn't delete.
Hmm, in safe mode try to install free antivirus like Avira, then do a full system scan in safe mode only and after that try to run in normal mode. If you want to use Kespersky only then uninstall Avira and then install fresh copy of Kespersky after all this operation.

The case is that i was able to get a virus removal kit from kaspersky, and despite that i had the blue screen problem and finally working in safe mode is what im doing now !! Anymore suggestions please ....
Still in safe mod ?
Why don't you install a fresh copy and then move out of safe mod !
