I am trying to register myself in bank delicate portal. In there there is a column where it says Customer ID. Whenever I am typing the Customer ID which I got from Telephone Bill. It says wrong ID. Now there is question mark next to the ID column and it suppose to show the current bill of bsnl. When I am clicking it after putting my Customer ID it is showing the Bill of a gentleman staying in Hyderabad. What am I do now. Please help
