Help!! Body stretech marks issues before marriage

Hi,

I am about to get married in few months time.
Its an arranged match.
I am very conscious about my stretch marks which are there on my hands chest and stomach.
I work out regularly and have a fit body but these marks concern me.
I never had a physical relationship before so no idea how it would look to someone else..
Should i talk to my fiancee about it?

Marks hav nothing to do with the body. I guess I won't make a change evn in physical intimacy.

Were you overweight or obese earlier, is that you lost weight too quickly ?
