Copies of evaluated answer papers of Std XII exams CBSE

my son rappeared for the std XII cbse exams chennai region. his resuts have shocked us .he has been always scoring 90% above marks in all subjects. now the results show about 74 % in PCM with maths 51%only.It is said that CBSE does not undertake revaluation but only recounting Is there provision to get copies of the evaluated answer sheets of my son under RTI act. If so what is the procedure.

You can get to see evaluated answer papers, I see no obstacle in it.
You can get RTI form from the CBSE website: http://www.cbse.nic.in/pubrel_rti.htm
