Samsung GT-S5600-How to enable front camera

Hi Tech Gurus,

I am using samsung GT-S5600. I wanted to know about enabling the front camera that is provided. I also wanted to know whether it can be enabled only during 3G video calling or it can be used as a mirror. Please clarify.
