Equality is a fundamental right. According to it, a person must not be discriminated by his gender, caste, race etc. Then why the marriage restriction is above 18 years for girls and 21 years for boys? Why is this discrimination?

Wow, this is indeed a discrimination and I never noticed. I think they feel that at 21 years of age, there is more chances that boys get self dependent than girls, who get matured earlier. Even I have noticed that generally girls get better level of intelligence than boys in earlier age. But thats my view.. no hard feelings.
This is right and today educational system is so hard it takes n.of years more then this ages decided.
Really true girls brain get matured earlier than boys.
