Android Lying down with red exclamation mark and dead tablet

Friends, I have funbook micromax p300 tablet which had problem of white screen in past but now again I have similar problem but this time I am unable to fix it because whenever I try to reset it to factory mod using hardware button or even with combination of power+volume+menu button, it shows a android lying down with red exclamation mark and nothing happens . If I reboot it then it again goes into white screen mod.

Friends, I seriously need help.

This is a common problem with android system. Your img files are corrupted, you can replace them by connecting your tablet to computer.
