Suggestion for Dry Skin

I want suggestion for dry skin rashes. which lotion is suitable for my skin.

hi my skin is also dry i always use vaseline lotion for dry skin. it is very much effective and will be suitable for your skin.

Thank you for reply But Vaseline lotion give smooth skin only limited time. I want long lasting lotion for dry skin.

Yes really i am happy with your suggestions. but neutrogena moisturizer is Indian product or it is really useful for dry skin.
