When i call a number it says contact reliance customer care in my reliance gsm. What is the problem with my sim ?
I think your SIM is not activated or if it was pre-activated SIM, its deactivated due to new TRAI guidelines where companies / telecom operator are supposed to cross verify each customer. In either case, just visit your nearest reliance customercare, they may help you better.
