This all is political game.
Reservation was provided to for 10 years from 1950 to help backward classes and tribes (thing to note here that it never meant "backward religion") but it was always carried forward and now Govt want it more.. be it minority or other religion too..
Reservation is like a havoc for Govt.. she can't ignore it and can't keep it.
It is unproductive. It is being used by cynical politicians like the TN Chief Minister to protect their vote-banks. The DMK has always been pro-Muslim, anti-Hindu. MK's latest speech on how a Dravidian should never accept Hindu mythology is proof of that.
