Input string was not in a correct format. - Divshtv.in registration problem

Hi friends,

Looks like I need a help here, I have Dish TV DTH service and I used to get it recharged from local vendors, today I looked to recharge it through their website but on their website I can't make account .Every time I fill up information and submit form , it says :

"Input string was not in a correct format."

I think I am providing everything in correct format but it is not allowing me to register.

Don't know the exact issue but try entering anything without space and special characters.
