Cheated - Broadband connection rejected Airtel broadband after taking money

Hi

I had applied for airtel connection few days , I gave my photo ID, address proof & Rs1899 (for 4Mbps with 80GB) to an executive who is working with an Airtel dealer(K.K.Enterprises @ Egmore) on 5 October and they gave me a refrence number.

After around waiting for around 10 days I called customer care and they said that my connection has been rejected due to some reason which I dont' know.

I called dealer and he said that he will again re-initiate the process, and he will inform me about the status in few days. I then waited for his phone but he never called, when I again called him after few days , he sent me sms instead of taking call to send email to some customer care representative and I have not received any mail reply from them as of yet .

Now I am worried and I need my refund and I also want my documents back.

Visit customer care office first and then decide further because I can see you have not visited customer care office yet, do not go to any dealer, directly go to company's customer support center in your town .
