Coffee and your blood pressure

Nature seems to aid us in simple ways as well.

The Coffee which we use in our daily lives has many wonderful effects one of which is combating low blood pressure.

Generally people know that coffee increases the blood pressure too much. Actually it only increase slightly to an extent that for the patients of low BP , it can be the best aid if nothing is available in case of emergency.

The rise of BP is very slight and not so much that it can cause hypertension. For this reason it is helpful to combat low BP.

So planning for a Latte or Cappuccino now ??

One cup of coffee a day is very helpful but exceeding or too much is bad of coffee too.
If you take 4 cup at once, they are really bad for health.. sometimes fatal.

Whatever it is.. I like coffee.. 1 cup a day and It completes my day!

Good to know that Sidhartha ! 1 cup a day is not at all bad ...Atleast it will not addict you as much as like Tea.. ....(hmmm !!! 1 cup of coffee ..aat CCD with smbdy special or @ home ?? !! lol...just kidding...)

I agree with Ricky on this. Too much of coffee can really trigger blood pressure levels in your body. Always try to take it in a moderate amount. 1 cup is more than enough.
