Respawnable Halloween event part 2 gives stupid assault rifle on completion

Since some of the guys at eTI are playing respawnable mobile game which I also play regularly. Currently they have ongoing Halloween event, its in parts , this is second part which I completed today. I played it to get the gun offered, I already had idea that its just camouflaged Scoped Assault rifle which is already purchased by most of the guys in early stages and is not very exciting too.

So on this part of event you get 10 points for each kills, it was in order :

250,
500
750,
1000,
1250,
1500,
1750,
2000

So, its about 915 kills in totals, so as avid follower of this game, I made those kills but to get that stupid scoped assault rifle, feels very bad and disappointed. I feel like being cheated.
