Loss 200 rupees of talktime while recieving 6 calls on roaming?

Hi, i was traveling from ludhiana to bhopal and before starting my journey i have decided to recharge my cell with 200 rs of talktime which to receive urgent calls. While traveling in the train in the meanwhile i attended 6 calls just for 1-2 minutes approximately even i was unable to call properly my phone shows 0 balance. How is it possible. I want to know that why airtel has done this fraud with me.

Is there any kind of services you have activated on your mobile phone like caller tune, missed call alert, live cricket score. If yes then the date of your journey clash with the dates of these packs validity. And if not, then you must call to the customer care they will give you all the details.
