I want to buy this phone and has dual sim feature, please tell me can we use both sim at same time . is it a dual sim standby phone or dual sim active phone ? Will it be good buy at the price for which it is available considering a dual sim phone ?

It is Dual SIM standby, it means you can not receive call simultaneously on both sim.
