Prepaid GSM BSNL number Customer ID

How can i know my customer id ofmy prepaid gsm number? I was unable to register to bsnl self care. Please help me

You mean you want to register on http://portal.bsnl.in

I dont' think you need any customer ID there, just register in there and then OTP is required to confirm registration.

Here is their form and I don't see customer ID is asked in it anywhere.
