Hockey is no more India's priority game

Few days back I read in a newspaper that HOCKEY is now not priority game for India and has been shifted to General game category.
What does this mean ?
Well, less funding for game.

Also. they gave reason that its because of poor performance of Indian Hockey team at world level.

I remember.. rather I heard many time that Hockey was something of pride for India but never seen.. may be will never see again.

Cricket is weeping .. now Hockey is also getting miserable..
