Problem in Launching Play Store in Andy - What to do ?

Whenever i open Andy and try to launch Play Store i get this message.
"Play Store is launching, Please try again later.
Later never arrives, play store will not launch

The apps I have installed all work fine.

What is the problem can anybody help me ?

You need to factory default your Andy. Open HandyAndy choose settings and then Factory default. You will lose any data in your Andy unfortunately.
