Idea Introduces New unlimited 3G data packs for Kerala

Idea has recently launched unlimited 3G data packs for Kerala alongside the Idea TV Combo pack. The packs offer decent value for money.

• Here’s a look at what Idea is offering its customers in Kerala:
• 3GB of 3G data at Rs 646 and the speed will be decreased to 80 kbps post 3GB
• 4GB of 3G data at Rs 745 and the speed will go down to 80 kbps after reaching the limit
• 5GB of 3G data at Rs 848 the speed will be decreased to 80 kbps post reaching the requisite limit
• 6GB of 3G data at Rs 949 and the speed will go down to 80 kbps after reaching the fair usage policy limit
• 8GB of 3G data at Rs 1146 with the speed going down to 80 kbps after that
• 10GB of 3G data at Rs 1346 with the speed becoming 80 kbps post that.

All these data packs are unlimited with the speed going down after you exceed the Fair Usage Policy limit.Coming to the Idea TV combo pack, it has been launched for Rs 302 and you get 1GB of 3G data alongside Idea TV subscription. You will be charge at 4p/10 kb post exceeding the fair usage. All the packs are valid for 30 days.

3GB of data for Rs. 646 .. total ripoff.

I don't know what they had in mind when planned for this.
But their 1GB night for Rs. 49 is cool, can be real useful if you need to download something big .
