Ayurvedic Treatment For Osteoporosis

I am a 46 years old woman and been suffering from Osteoporosis from last few years. I have a bad pain in my bones joint and i am unable to move around easily. I am on Aleopathic medication from last few years but so far now positive results are seen.

I have been suggested by someone that i should switch over to Ayuredic medicines as it will help me to heal more faster and speedily. I am in terrible pain from last few years and need to get to any proper treatment i order to cure this disease.

Can anybody suggest me a proper Ayurvedic treatment for Osteoporosis......

I think ayurvedic treatment is not a good choice. Osteoporesis is a age related disease. You should take calcium enriched food more such as milk. For treatment consult with a specialist of physical medicine.

Osteoporosis is the disease can be treatable by taking roper medications like fosamax.I have heard that fosamax is one of the best alternative medicine used for treating osteoporosis.
