Tata Docomo Photon Data usage not showing and updating at My Account
Sir,
I am not able to check my data usage for my tata photon max wifi postpaid dongle. There is a link on my photon admin page which says "Photon Selfcare" which used to show quick data usage details, payment details etc.just on clicking it if I am using tata docomo internet but now from few months, it is showing error :

Server Error in '/' Application.

I also tried through tatadocomo.com --> My account.
I can login there but it shows no usage under "internet usage" section.
I also tried to connect customer care but there is no response from them. Please help me how can I get this issue fixed because I am using limited data connection and I need to regularly check my usage of internet.
