TRAI opts to push Tata Docomo's per second billing concept onto all Operators

TRAI opts to push Tata Docomo's per second billing concept onto all Mobile operators in India...this clearly shows that Tata Docomo's per second pulse/per second billing has become a major hit with the indian public...TRAI has just chosen to ride tht wave and make a customer friendly move...however the big guns like Airtel and Vodafone as opposing this!

i think it is a good step.
