I live in Agra near shastripuram in a multiplex , there we use ground water [or summer water] .when i take a bath my hands .face and space between finger are become dry and i feel that my skin is stretching and become withe .everyone who lived in building all are suffered from this problem ...So please suggest me a soap which prevent us from this ,,,if any?,,,,,,
