Noodles Cutlet Recipe - Nice and Delicious Made at HOME
I came across this dish a few days ago and tried it too..And to tell the truth, I loved it so much that I have decided to share the recipe with u all..
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled noodles
1/2 cup grated pizza cheese
2 tblspn maida flour and butter
salt as per taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 cups milk
oil for frying
First make white sauce:- take a pan add butter.. keep it on low flame, as soon as the butter melts just add maida flour to it.. keep stirring see that the color of maida doesn't change.. now add milk and keep on stirring. next add black pepper powder and oregano (Opt).. keep on stirring till it thickens.. now the sauce is ready..Next add cheese to the sauce stir it for 2 min..
now add noodles to it..use two spoons to mix it up properly.... Switch off the stove.. and pour the mixture into tray spreading evenly.. now quickly keep it in the refrigerator to cool down ..after the mixture sets down properly remove it from the fridge and cut it into square pieces.. take little oil in the pan now shallow fry the cutlets..as it turns brown turn it and fry it on the other side..ur cutlet is ready to eat..
(use spatula to remove the noodle pieces from the tray)...:):)
