BSNL GPRS unlimited pack not working from 2 days- money is getting deducted from account

HI friends, from last 2 days I try to use bsnl unlimited GPRS and its not working . I mean it works but money is being charged from my account. I get to know about it only when all my money was used. I checked to surf and my money is getting from my account as I have not used any pack .

But had recharged my phone with Unlimited BSNL gprs Rs. 230 pack on 14th Oct but now it is not working. Customer care is helpful either.

Friends please help me wht I do ?
