Method of paying BSNL monthly bill from PC from home online

At present I am paying my land line phone bills by going to BSNL office.Pl let me know the method of payment of the bills using PC from home.I have debit cards . My phone number is 0416 2242794 and e mail id is [email protected]. since I am an old man 70 plus , kindly send me the detailed procedure which I should be able to follow so that I can pay the bill from home.thanks and regards

Yes, you can easily pay bill online for bsnl.
Just visit site : http://portal.bsnl.in , you can pay any kind of bsnl bill from there. There are two option, you can pay without creating account and also pay after creating account. If you create account there then you will have easy record of previous payments etc along with some personlized services from bsnl.
