Problem with onida washing machine - Service Center issue

hi, this is prathibha i have onida washing machine out of warranty i requested service from onida service center. the technician told he can get it repaired and after prolonged delay he delivered it by charging 5000 rupees.but it didnot work well but instead started with new problems. again from beggining i started complaining with so much difficulty he took it back and now it is not at all working. i just wanted to know what steps i have to take so that other won't face this problem

Hi Prathibha, spending 5000 rupees for it's repair why?? i don't know. Infact you can nearly added 2 or 3 thousand bucks and get a new one. I want to know you model no. and your residence city and the service center in which you have complained.
