Headphone is unable to fit inside the 3.5mm Audio jack of MTV Vot phablet?

I recently buyed swipe mtv volt tablet from the famous online retailer in the country known as flipkart. com and when i comes and when i opened the box the product was looking extremely awesome and i just love it. But past week i encountered with a major problem which i think that it will be a manufacturing defect for this device.

I was traveling in a train and getting bored then i thought to listen songs and videos but as soon as i was trying to pluck the jack inside the device it was not getting inside it. Please suggest me what should i do and also suggest me from where i should get this problem fixed.

I think you have applied more external force while plugging the the headphone, what you need to is just go to your nearest mobile repairing center they will fix it.

And just tell them right from the beginning it was not working good else they will deny helping you citing user mishandling as reason for damage.

If it is unable to fit in 3.5mm jack, you can easily replace it by showing them. is it not possible or what?
