I am not able to register on self care portal of BSNL

I am not able to register on THE BSNL SELF CARE PORTAL

Whats your zone .. North , south , east or west ?
What URL you are using to register ?

I ve tried to register in bsnl customer care portal.(may be 30 times) and each time,
CUSTOMER ID/UIQUE ID IS NOT VALID OR EMAIL ENTERED IS WRONG
IS displayed.
can u plz reset...
