Reliance 3G services are good as well TATA Docomo .
I have used both, so far both were satisfactory.
Ya Ricky i know both are satisfactory but if we want the best then i suggest you bsnl. Because i think bsnl is the best.
My suggestion would change according to the place you want to access it.
And if speed is what you are looking for then I guess you should use your cell phone as a hotspot and have Airtel 3g activated frankly, it is much much faster then Tata and reliance so i guess your task will be much simpler and if your concern is money you should have a look at the two that you have suggested that is Reliance and Tata you can also have a look at the Aircel and Vodafone stick.
